The Castle in Prague is where the Czech Kings, Holy Roman Emperors and the presidents of Czechoslovakia have had their offices. It was most likely founded around 880. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the Prague Castle is the largest coherent castle complex in the world, with an area of almost 70,000 m². The Czech Crown Jewels can be seen in the castle.
In the Castle area there are several dazzling attractions to be seen, for example the St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George’s Basilica, the Old Royal Palace, the New Royal Palace, the Royal Summer Palace, several towers, gardens and other interesting sights.
