The Prague Metronome is a giant metronome overlooking the city of Prague and the Vltava River. It was raised in 1991. It was raised at the same place as a former enormous communist statue was located, which was built to the honor of Joseph Stalin. That monument was destroyed in 1962.
The metronome is the work of the work of Czech artist Vratislav Novák, and it is 25 meters high.
